Rob Klugman has been in private practice for more than 20 years. Mr. Klugman’s practice is concentrated in the representation of businesses and individuals in business transactions, business and employment litigation, real estate sales, purchases and leases. He also represents clients in commercial litigation in both Federal and State courts. Mr. Klugman often acts as outside counsel to businesses, providing a full range of legal advice and counsel in the daily operation and growth of the businesses. Mr. Klugman is admitted to practice before the State Courts in New York as well as the Federal Courts in the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.
